I would like to thank you for considering me as your inspector.  I have been in the inspection business since 2003.  During this time I have worked with one of the largest inspection companies in Austin, Texas.  I have worked and trained under some of the best inspectors in the city.  I started HomeFacts Inspection Service in October of 2007 and have never looked back.  Before becoming an inspector, I worked in various other trades of the construction industry including several years as a HVAC technician in Central Texas, all while maintaining my full time career as a Fire Fighter.  

My commitment to the community and the people I serve as a Fire Fighter extends to the commitment I have to providing a thorough and reliable inspection.  The construction and building industry is continually changing.  As an inspector I have the obligation to keep up with those changes.  My goal is to provide you with the best inspection possible and to be your resource for years to come.  Your investment becomes my reputation. 

Your home inspection will include a detailed written report performed to the standards guide-lined by the Texas Real Estate Commission.  This will include the foundation, grading and drainage adjacent to the house, the roof and roof structure, attics and crawl spaces, walls, windows, doors, fireplaces, porches and patios, electric panels, branch circuits, HVAC systems, plumbing systems, and water heaters.  Some of the appliances included are the dishwasher, disposal, ranges, microwaves, trash compactors, central vacuums, garage door openers, and door bells.
